Teknios

Founder · Systems Architect

My sovereign-tech consultancy and product company — data-architecture audits, vendor-risk and residency assessments, sovereign infrastructure for regulated Canadian clients. Since January 2026 its centre of gravity is the product, Nexus.

founded 2018 · Nexus in production since 2026 · households onboarding

Teknios exists because, when data is regulated and sensitive, “just put it in the cloud” isn’t an answer. Someone has to architect systems that are secure, auditable and under the owner’s control — and build them properly.

For regulated clients that means audits of data architecture, vendor-risk and residency assessments, and sovereign deployments. Since January 2026 it mostly means Nexus: a household appliance, built solo from bare metal to a stranger-installable product, in production with real households. It is the constructive proof that household data sovereignty is buildable — and a working demonstration of the same principles I apply in government architecture.
